Search Media LLC (“Search Media,” “we,” “us”) publishes Search Parker, Search Castle Rock and Search Aurora South and operates searchmags.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, the community you serve, what you’re interested in, the best time to reach you and any notes you add. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services with you. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence for the same purpose.
Website analytics
We use Matomo, privacy-friendly analytics software that runs on our own server, to understand how visitors use our websites (for example, which pages are read most and how people find us). It is set up without cookies, and visitor IP addresses are shortened (anonymized) before they are stored. This information is used only in aggregate to improve our websites and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies if you log in to manage the site.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and website (such as our web host), and only as needed for them to provide that service, or when required by law.
Links to other websites
Our site links to our magazine websites, our advertisers and other sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
Children
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Keeping and protecting your information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No website can guarantee perfect security.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you’ve given us by emailing info@searchmags.com. Colorado residents may have additional rights under Colorado privacy law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
